Tuna and Ratatouille Wrap


  • tuna in oil
  • oats ( 4 tablespoons)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • onion
  • celery
  • garlic
  • courgette
  • red pepper
  • yellow pepper
  • green pepper
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • water ( to achieve the right consistency)


Chop the vegetables in small cubes and stir fry on olive oil. Blend the Oats until it’s a flour consistency, add egg, egg whites, water and mix. Heat olive oil on a pan. Pour a thin portion of the mixture. When ready flip over.

Fill the wrap with vegetables and tuna.
