Strawberry glaze chia pudding
Ingredients for the pudding:
- 400 ml water
- 100 g almonds
- 8 spoons of chia seeds
Ingredients for the glaze:
- 2 oranges
- 400 g frozen strawberries
- 2 spoons of pine nuts to decoration
- 200 g of fresh strawberries to decorate
Preparation:
Blend almonds with water. Add chia seeds and blend once again. Pour into glasses and leave in fridge overnight. Blend the oranges with frozen strawberries. Pour over the pudding. Decorate with fresh strawberries and pine nuts.
