Steaks with mushrooms in onion sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg yolks 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt to taste

Preparation:

Whisk the egg yolks with mustard, lemon juice and salt. Slowly add the olive oil, stirring vigorously. Put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the mayonnaise become more solid.

You can add aromatic herbs, pressed garlic or garlic powder.
