Skewers with Seasoned chicken and Courgette
Ingredients:
- chicken breast cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 glass of chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon of ginger coffee
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon coffee
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 4 skewer sticks
Preparation:
Leave the skewers sticks in water for at least 10 minutes. Mix the chicken breast with Olive oil, garlic, seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Thread the skewers with the chicken and grill. Serve with grilled vegetables.
