Savoury pancakes with cheese and ham


  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of ground oats
  • a little water to obtain the appropriate consistency
  • salt
  • garlic powder
  • white pepper


Mix everything into a smooth dough. Fry the pancakes on a well-heated pan. When the bottom of the pancake is cooked and turns brown, turn it over. Place the ham and cheese or other ingredients from the list of allowed products on the hot pancake.
