Salty crepes

Ingredients:

  • FIT6 mayonnaise (recipe HERE)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • pumpkin
  • courgette
  • 4 tablespoons rolled oats
  • dill (or other flavoursome herb for seasoning)
  • salt

Preparation:

Grind the rolled oats until you obtain a floury texture. Add the egg and egg whites and 4 tablespoons water. Mix everything together. Grate the courgette and pumpkin, mix together. Season with herbs and salt. Quick fry on a non-stick frying pan or use a splash of olive oil. Serve with FIT6 mayonnaise.

Salty crepes are ideal for breakfast or as a snack.
