Low Carb Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • ground meat - lean beef or chicken breast
  • tomato
  • onion
  • garlic
  • bay leaf
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • konjac spaghetti pasta

Preparation:

Chop the onion and fry in olive oil. When the onion becomes translucent, add the chopped tomato (you may peel it first to avoid the bitter taste). Cook for 5 minutes. Add the ground meat. Season with salt, bay leaf, black pepper and garlic. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. Cook the pasta according to the recipe on the packaging. Add to the meat.
