Low Carb Pizza


  • 6 egg whites
  • red and green bell pepper
  • tomato
  • mushrooms
  • garlic
  • black olives
  • onion
  • salt
  • basil
  • oregano
  • black pepper


Season the egg whites with salt, basil, black pepper and oregano. Carefully whisk the eggs with a fork. Place the mixture into a round cake tin lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C (in a pre-heated oven). When the dough becomes white, remove it from the oven. Peel the tomatoes and mix with 1 clove of garlic, sprinkle with whites. Top the dough with sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, onion rings and olives. Bake at the maximum temperature until the ingredients become soft. If the pizza releases any water, it should be drained. Finally, sprinkle the pizza with olive oil and oregano.
