Low Carb Codfish

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of skinless codfish, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • black olives
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley

Preparation:

Fry the crushed garlic and chopped onion in olive oil. When the onion becomes translucent, add chopped codfish and garlic cut into thin slices. Cook on low heat. Beat the egg, season with salt, and then pour into the frying pan on the codfish and vegetables. Add parsley and pepper, decorate with olives.
