Green Smoothie Bowl (with BEAUTY DETOX)
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 glass of coconut milk / almond milk/ water - depending on which Stage of the Fit6 you're on
- 2 capsules of NUTRICODE BEAUTY DETOX food supplement
- 1 teaspoon of stevia
- 1 tablespoon of seeds (sunflower / linseed / pumpkin seeds)
- 1/2 kiwi
- berries
Preparation:
Blend the frozen banana with milk. Open the Beauty Detox capsules and add the powder to the mixture. Add rest of the ingredients and blend once again.
Important! Green Smoothie Bawl can only be eaten on the Maintenance Stage, or if you swap the milk with water in earlier Stages of the Programme- as breakfast. You can also reduce the amount of fruits, to make it your daily allowance, which you will find in your FIT6 leaflet.
