Chicken breast in white sauce stuffed with spinach


  • double chicken breast
  • spinach
  • 1 package of mushrooms
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 onion
  • garlic
  • bay leaf
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • 1/2 glass of water


Spread the chicken breast and put the spinach between them. Season with salt and pepper and sauté in olive oil and garlic until golden. Add olive oil, half of a chopped onion, 3 cloves of crushed garlic and half of a bay leaf. On another pan, fry fresh mushrooms previously quartered; stir when frying. Mix in a blender with half of a glass of water. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the mushroom mixture on the fried chicken breast and put it into the oven. Cook for another 20-30 minutes at 180°C.
