Avocado and Salad Gazpacho

Ingredients:

  • 3 avocados (peeled and sliced)
  • ½ salad (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (pressed)
  • 3 tablespoons of Philadelphia cheese
  • ham (cut into thin strips)
  • 5 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in the pot, cover with water. Boil over medium heat, mixing all the time. Season with salt and pepper. Blend it and serve with strips of ham.
